Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard shipping and express shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (Within [Your Country]): 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to the nature of our products (alcohol-based perfumes), some international destinations may restrict or prohibit fragrance shipments.

  • We currently do not ship to countries with strict customs regulations on perfumes. Please check our FAQs or contact us if unsure about your location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at orchiscents@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
